With a visit from none other than Cedric Gravier from Domaine la Suffrene, this will be an evening you won't want to miss!
Domaine la Suffrene is situated between Cadière d’Azur and Castellet in Bandol and has been a family estate for generations. The Bandol region is renowned for its climate, with over 3000 hours of sunshine per year, the influence of sea air, and annual rainfall of around 650 mm, making it an ideal location for grape cultivation. In 1996, Cedric Gravier took over the family business, which until then had been growing grapes and selling them to cooperatives in the area. He built his own winery on the estate and began producing and bottling his own wines.
The menu for the evening:
Starter – Scallop tartare with chili, shallots, cucumber, ramson mayonnaise, and crumble
Main course – Entrecote with mushrooms, spinach, celery purée, salsify chips, Cafe de Paris sauce, and potatoes
Cheese – Selection of French cheeses
Price
The price is 1295 NOK per person. The ticket price includes a three-course menu, an aperitif, and wine with each course.
