Cozy and inviting with a fire in the fireplace, candles, and a vibrant atmosphere.
Down by the sea, near the Astrup Fearnley Museum, art galleries, and exciting architecture, you'll find Olivia Tjuvholmen. The restaurant stretches between the pier on one side and the main street on the other, offering outdoor seating on both sides – with sun from morning till night.
All their restaurants are inspired by different Italian cities, and due to Tjuvholmen's location on three islets in the fjord, Venice was a natural choice for Olivia Tjuvholmen. You'll find traces of Venice in the interior and on the menu, and in this way, Olivia hopes to give you a taste not only of Italy but also of what is unique to beautiful Venice.
The Italian Cuisine
With a focus on Italian ingredients, Olivia serves pizza, pasta, and other Italian dishes – all homemade in-house and with love for the Italian kitchen. Thin and crispy Italian pizza baked in a stone oven, classic pasta dishes, antipasti, desserts, and meat and fish dishes served the way Italians do it. At the heart of the kitchen, namely at the pizza kitchen, you can watch their pizzaioli in action as part of the atmosphere. You can't get closer to Italy than this.
