Paradis Gelateria is a story of passion, friendship, and exquisite taste.
The founders of Paradis Gelateria, Alfonso and Haron, became friends over the classic ice cream parlor La Dolce Vita, and they dreamed of creating their own Gelateria.
In 2012, they opened their first store in Tjuvholmen, where the taste of traditional Italian ice cream is combined with a touch of authentic Italian atmosphere. It's a meeting place for everyone, where young and old, families and children, tourists and locals can find a moment of pleasure and well-being, with a wide selection of ice creams, desserts, and coffee crafted for every taste and occasion.
Alfonso and Haron strive to continuously improve, using only the best Norwegian and Italian ingredients, and never ceasing to innovate. Paradis offers vegan and lactose-free fruit sorbets, and many of the cakes are gluten-free. Whenever possible, they also adhere to halal and kosher rules in their preparation. Because even though Paradis sticks to tradition, they know that the best Italian ice cream traditions are also universal.
