Drawing inspiration from the Spanish kitchen, specifically Northern Spain, the chef gathers inspiration from around the world!

Their chef, Borja Martino, was born and raised in Spain and has spent his culinary career at several of the world's best restaurants: El Celler de Can Roca, Disfrutar, and LeRa.

xef brings the taste of Spain to Norway in a completely unique and accessible way, and the restaurant has been awarded a place in the prestigious Michelin Guide two years in a row, in 2022 and 2023.
